Allu Aravind to produce the Ramayana epic with 1500 crore | Details inside
Telugu film industry is the second largest film industry after Bollywood. Once upon a time, there was a situation that we had to remake the stories from other languages due to lack of good content and stories. Now we got into a position of making world-class movies like Bahubali.
In a similar fashion, to take Telugu film industry and Indian cinema to the next level, Mega Producer Allu Aravind along with other production banner named Prime Focus will be producing the Ramayana epic.
There had been thoughts about the film for a year but finally, they came out with the official announcement. There will be two directors for the film. One is Nitish Tiwari who earlier directed Dangal with Aamir Khan and the other is Ravi Udiyaar. He directed Mom with late Sridevi which is a unique film of it’s kind.
The budget is as huge as 1500 crores and the film will be a trilogy coming in 3 parts. If that happens, this becomes the biggest film made on Indian soil. The film will be made in multiple languages. But casting is not yet announced officially.
